Description of Responsibilities
Please back up your personal data before sending your device for repair. The repair process may result in the loss of your personal data. While BKHD will protect your privacy, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss of personal data during the repair process.
When the unit is sent for repair, it must be inspected by the BKHD service department. After confirming the malfunction, the service department will determine the appropriate repair plan. For products under free warranty, the BKHD customer service department may choose to provide you with the warranty service promised in this document by replacement, repair, or other methods. If the replacement method is chosen, the replaced defective parts belong to BKHD. Products that are found to have no problems upon inspection will be returned as is.
If the product does not meet the warranty conditions and a fee must be charged, the BKHD customer service department will charge the consumer a repair fee and state the reason for not meeting the warranty conditions on the invoice or receipt.
Note: Guanfeng Network Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. retains the final interpretation and modification rights.

Within 7 days from the date of purchase (including the 7th day), if there is a non-human performance failure of the main unit or accessories, you may choose to return the goods or exchange it for a product of the same model and specification according to the invoice price, or choose a free repair. (If the return is for personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.) | ||||

From the 8th day to the 15th day (including 15 days) from the date of purchase, if the unit has performance failures that are not caused by man-made damage, you can choose to replace the product with the same model and specification, or choose to repair it for free. | ||||

Free Warranty (Remote Assistance or Send Repair) | ||||
For one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, the unit will be repaired free of charge if the unit fails to operate due to non-human causes.(Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.) | ||||
Repair Quality Assurance
If an entire unit (excluding accessories) is replaced within the warranty period, the replaced product will inherit the remainder of the original 1-year warranty period.
Repaired or replaced parts or accessories under out-of-warranty service are covered by a limited 90-day warranty.
The following situations are not covered by the free replacement or warranty:
Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during return, exchange or repair.
Any modification, disassembly or repair without the manufacturer's authorization.
Damage caused by accidents or human actions, such as liquid intrusion, shock, improper voltage input, excessive compression, deformation of the motherboard, etc. For AC adapters, damage caused by obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, power cord damage, wire breakage, exposed wires, etc.
Malfunction or damage to the product caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, or storage according to the instructions.
The warranty card does not match the product model or has been altered.
The warranty period has expired.
Malfunction or damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
